<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Within its partnership in the project, the Academy aims to develop specialized electronic content to enhance the proficiency of teachers in government schools in the United Arab Emirates in the following subjects: Arabic language, English language, mathematics, general science, as well as physics, chemistry, and biology.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Moreover, the project aims to prepare teachers to pass the Educational Professions Licensure test to obtain teaching licenses in the UAE.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>QRTA - PSU -</strong> Excerpts from the professional development workshops conducted by the Queen Rania Teacher Academy in collaboration with the Kuwaiti Association for Private Schools during February and March of 2024. The workshops covered the following topics: "From Exclusion to Inclusion: Addressing Learning Difficulties", "Inquiry-Based Learning", "Leadership in Teaching and Learning", and "Counting and Calculation in Early Grades: Making Math Fun and Breaking the Monotony".</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The training targeted 168 teachers from various educational specialties and levels, as well as educational leaders. Workshop delivery languages varied between Arabic and English.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It's worth mentioning that the Academy has trained over 1000 educators in the past two years, utilizing both face-to-face and remote methodologies in different schools across Kuwait. These trainings targeted educational leaders, teachers from various levels and specialties, as well as educational counselors and psychological specialists.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">A total of 101 educators from various schools affiliated with GEMS Education Group benefited from these workshops, which focused on topics such as "Utilizing Student Data to Enhance Learning" and "Ensuring Understanding and Comprehension."</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;">وفقًا للشراكة بين مؤسسة معارف للتعليم والتدريب في المملكة العربية السعودية وأكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين في تقديم برنامج للتطوير المهني للمعلمين والقادة التربويين والتي بدأت في مرحلتها الأولى شهر آب من عام 2022، إذ استأنف فريق أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين في شهر شباط 2024 المرحلة الرابعة من البرنامج بتدريب 137 قائدًا وقائدة في المدارس التابعة لمؤسسة معارف للتعليم في مدن الخُبر، والرياض، وجدة، والمدينة المنورة.</span></p>

Additionally, there will be an Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education program and various short courses.</span></div>
