In 2004, the King Hussein Cancer Foundation USA (KHCF-USA) was established as a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization in the United States to support the advancement and treatment of cancer, the care of cancer patients in Jordan and the MENA region, and the life-saving work of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC).

KHCF-USA Mission

KHCF-USA is a non-profit organization with a mission to support the advancement of research and treatment of cancer including supporting the work of KHCF and KHCC in Jordan, the only comprehensive cancer center in the Middle East.

KHCF- USA is governed by a Board of Director headed by Ms. Yolanda Gasalla and is comprised of a dedicated group of volunteers. The Vice President is HRH Princess Ghida Talal of Jordan.

Cancer does not discriminate and knows no boundaries. This life-threatening non-communicable disease impacts people all over the world with the greatest burden being on those in under-developed and developing countries.

With funds donated by generous donors in the US, many underprivileged individuals and families are able to receive treatment at KHCC – a highly reputable and world-renowned comprehensive cancer center.
